However, the adoptive parents usually cover medical costs beyond insurance coverage and adoption legal fees. Sometimes, birth mothers can receive additional support, such as assistance with living expenses.
While this may be one of the most cost-effective options, open adoptions where you have direct contact with the child are not legally enforceable in Missouri. Also, you will not be able to co-parent with the adoptive parents, so you must feel comfortable with transferring your parental rights.

2. Parenting
Raising a child can seem overwhelming, especially if finances are tight. However, many places in the Branson area offer assistance. If your heart is set on parenting, you owe it to yourself to explore your available resources.
